Set-up Charges
Vector Artwork Required
Heat Transfer: Three color maximum. One color $69 (G), two color $179 (G), three color $289 (G). No run charges for these additional colors. We can come very close to PMS colors at no additional charge. There must be separation between colors.
Digital Transfer: Four color process $62 (G), unlimited number of colors can be in the logo for only one set-up charge.
Brand: $60 (G) plate charge.
Pad Print: $93 (G) plate charge. Many ink colors in stock.
Run Charge: Included. Prices include same imprint on both hands. Add $0.13 (G) per pair for imprinting a different logo on each hand, plus a second set-up charge.
Reorders: No set up, no run charge.

Sample Policy
Virtual Samples: No charge.
Random Samples: No charge up to $20 (G) at EQP prices. For freight please provide UPS or FedEx account number.
Spec Samples: Please contact us for details.

Ordering Information
Direction: Please specify imprint direction when ordering (facing wearer or upside down to wearer).
Sizes: May be mixed & combined within a style to meet quantity.
Less Than Minimum: For new orders please inquire. For reorders we will go less than minimum.
Artwork: Camera ready artwork required. $30 (G) charge for us to make changes to your artwork. EPS, AI, JPG accepted.
Imprint Area: Approximately 2 ¾” wide x 2” high, but varies by glove type and style.
Terms: 50% deposit for all new logos, balance net 30 days with credit approval. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Freight: FOB 62618. Add $9 (G) for each additional shipping location. UPS preferred. For FedEx Ground $4 (G) per box.
Production Time: Standard is 15 business days. Rush is 5 business days on select styles. Please inquire. Lead times are approximate, so confirm delivery date when ordering.
